Who Will Benefit

The Vocational Phase is ideal for learners who learn best through doing, creating and experiencing. It provides a respectful, structured and supportive environment where learners can build confidence, develop essential life skills and work towards meaningful independence.

Classes are small with a maximum of 12 learners, allowing educators to teach with empathy and care while responding to individual learning profiles. Each phase has one dedicated class, creating consistency, stability and a strong sense of belonging. Most classes are supported by an additional facilitator, enabling ongoing remediation alongside teaching, without removing learners from the classroom experience.
